3. Reset & Design — We clarify what belongs and design systems

4. Implement & Maintain — Systems are installed and refined over time

Session Structure

True Haven sessions are scheduled in 4- or 6-hour blocks to allow for focused, meaningful progress and a calm, unhurried experience.

Security Deposit Policy

To reserve your session(s), a security deposit is required at the time of contract signing.

Please note:

• The deposit goes fully toward your scheduled sessions

• It secures your time on the calendar and allows for advance planning

• Remaining balances are due on the day of service

This policy ensures dedicated, uninterrupted time for each client and allows True Haven to thoughtfully prepare for every project.

Do I need to buy organizing products?

Product recommendations are part of the Haven Reset and Maintain process. Once we understand your space and needs, we design systems within a comfortable, agreed-upon budget. This comes at an additional cost to the sessions and will be billed for reimbursement with a $100 design and sourcing fee.
